At DreamSparrow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our paid subscription plans.

Free Trial

We offer a free plan that allows you to explore DreamSparrow before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Service using the free plan before upgrading. No payment information is required for the free plan.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Full Refund (within 14 days)

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Prorated Refund

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds after the 14-day period.

Service Issues

If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 14-day refund period (for monthly plans)
  • Partial months of service
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases (if applicable)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide any relevant order or transaction IDs

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to the refund eligibility section above.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and additional fees. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
